4Minute Members Celebrate 10th Anniversary Together
On 4Minute’s anniversary, some of the members got together to celebrate!
June 18 is the group’s 10th anniversary, following their debut performance of “Hot Issue” on June 18, 2009 on “M Countdown.” After seven years together, the group disbanded in 2016.
On their 10th anniversary, Kwon Sohyun posted on Instagram with a photo of herself in 2009 and one from 2019, comparing herself at 16 years old and 26 years old. She added, “My 16-year-old self who was so young and fresh. It doesn’t feel like it’s been that long… but it’s already the 10th debut anniversary…!!!!! Why does time go by this quickly!! In the past 10 years, I’ve received just as much love from many people as the time went quickly!! I’ll continue to be grateful for that love and work hard so that I can make it up to you.. Thank you.”
She added in the hashtags “10th anniversary,” “10 years with 4minute,” and “Thanks for everything.” She has also shared many photos from her years with the group in her Instagram stories.
Jenyer (Jeon Jiyoon) shared a clip through her Instagram stories of herself with Kwon Sohyun and Heo Gayoon. She wrote on the video, “A small anniversary party. We’re 10 years old. The three of us saw each other a few days ago too, and I saw you again. It’s boring, hehe.”

She later also gifted fans with some photos of their gathering, and thanked everyone for the celebratory wishes. “It’s already our 10th anniversary,” she wrote. “We’re all still bursting with freshness, but thanks to everyone who wished us a happy anniversary. The three of us did this together again like this.”
Heo Gayoon shared photos and wrote, “Already 10 years, I can’t believe it. In the future just like now, and again, I’m excited. I’m grateful, I’m sorry, and since it’s hard to explain in just one sentence, this is a mess. [Jihyun] who couldn’t be with us because of her schedule, let’s do it together next time. And the three of us saw each other a few days ago too and we’re seeing each other again. Let’s stop seeing each other [laughing and crying emojis]. Happy anniversary, my members.”

In her own caption on Instagram, Kwon Sohyun wrote, “Although we couldn’t all have a party because of busy schedules!! I’m grateful that we can continue to get together. Thank you again.”
