A.N.Jell Bandmates Park Shin Hye and Lee Hong Ki Encourage Each Other on Twitter

Park Shin Hye and Lee Hong Ki, who starred as members of the fictional idol band A.N.Jell in the 2009 hit drama “You’re Beautiful” display their friendship through the exchange of messages on Twitter.

“Why hasn’t the sparkling Hongstar, Lee Hong Ki come to the filming site,” Park said.  “He said he would, I just remembered suddenly.” She also noted that Lee has become skinny.  She added that she hoped he would be able to visit the set before she ends the drama, referring to “Heartstrings,” on which she is starring with another former A.N.Jell bandmate, Jung Yong Hwa.

“I’m sorry,” Lee replied.  The lead singer of FT Island said he will be in Japan for a concert and will be busy with activities with his band.

Park encouraged him and sent a shout-out for FT Island with celebratory graphics.

“Heartstrings” has won support from international fans despite trailing in the domestic ratings game.  It is also getting back on track after the production schedule adjusted following Park’s accident earlier in the month.  

“Heartstrings” currently airs on MBC , Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9:55 PM KST.  Meanwhile, FT Island will be back in Korea to hold concerts on August 21st and 22nd.
