Jang Geun Suk and Moon Geun Young to Meet "Mary" Fans in Japan

New generation Hallyu actor Jang Geun Suk and his co-star Moon Geun Young are set to promote their 2010 KBS drama “Mary Stayed Out All Night” (alternatively titled “Marry Me, Mary!”) in Japan on August.  

Jang and Moon are scheduled to appear for four fan meetings on the promotional tour.  Two will be held in Tokyo and two in Osaka.

The drama, on which the two young stars collaborated for the first time, aired on Japanese TV, via TBS in May.  The Japanese edition of the DVD set went on sale in June.  Both the airing and DVD sales were reportedly well-received, despite “Mary” trailing in ratings during its domestic airing.  

Jang will be seen on the big screen opposite Kim Ha Neul on “You’re My Pet,” though its release date is yet to be announced.  Moon, meanwhile, went back to her studies the past semester.  She will hold a fan meeting in Korea on July 30th prior to the promo tour.
