JYP's Song for "Dream High 2" OST is Sweeping Music Charts

On the January 30 broadcast of KBS 2TV “Dream High 2,” the song featured on the first part of the drama’s soundtrack was revealed.

Once again, music producer JYP has been involved in the original soundtrack of the drama and composed, wrote and interpreted the song.

It’s not the first time that JYP composed a song for Dream High. He wrote “Someday” and gave it to IU to sing for Dream High’s first season. The song received much love and topped various music charts for weeks.

“Falling” is a slow-tempo number, with a beautiful guitar melody. The song tells the story of an unrequited love. The lyrics go,”I think I have fallen in love, every time I see you my heart races.” and “You don’t know how I feel, so you come to me and smile, but I can’t tell you , I can only look at you.”

The song has been gaining a hot response as it has been sweeping music charts since its release. It ranked first, second and third on real time charts. The rest of the OST is expected to include more beautiful songs which will reflect the characters stories, struggles and dreams in the drama.

Meanwhile, the song has been released on digital music portals such as Melon, Soribada, Bugs and Mnet.
