"Sungkyunkwan Scandal" and "The Greatest Love" Are Finalists at the 2012 New York TV Festival

It’s been announced that popular dramas KBS’s “Sungkyunkwan Scandal” and MBC’s “The Greatest Love” have been named finalists in the mini-series category of the prestigious 2012 New York TV Festival.

The 2012 New York TV Festival has a “World’s Best Television and Films” awards, honoring programs in all lengths and forms from over 40 countries. Categories for competition in the “World’s Best Television and Films” awards are news, drama, feature films, music videos and animation, among others. Finalists in each category will be vying for Gold, Silver and Bronze medals.

In 2011, KBS’ “Chuno” was also a finalist in the mini-series category of the New York TV Festival.  

The 2012 New York Festival awarding ceremony for “World’s Best Television and Films” is set in Las Vegas on April 17, in conjunction with The NAB Show.
