Girls' Generation To Make Variety Show Return On "Happy Together," In Talks For "Ask Us Anything"
Girls’ Generation is not only preparing a new album and fan meet for their upcoming 10th anniversary, but they are also gearing up to appear on variety shows as well!
On July 24, it was reported that the girl group will be appearing on variety shows for their comeback. The reports stated that they would be filming an episode for KBS 2TV’s “Happy Together” on July 29, and then appear on other programs like JTBC’s “Ask Us Anything” in August.
The team of “Happy Together” confirmed the news and added, “All the members will be filming with us on July 29, and their episode will air in August.”
Things have not been set in stone for “Ask Us Anything” though, as a representative explained, “We are currently in discussions to get Girls’ Generation on our show.” Though individual members like Sunny, Yuri, and Seohyun have appeared on the show before, this will be the first time that the whole team is on the show together if things work out.
These variety show appearances are only part of Girls’ Generation’s 10th anniversary celebrations. The group will be holding their “Girls’ Generation 10th Anniversary – Holiday to Remember” fan meet on August 5, and will release their sixth studio album around the same time.
