HOTSHOT's Noh Tae Hyun Praised For Professionalism During Performance Mishap
HOTSHOT member and popular “Produce 101 Season 2” contestant Noh Tae Hyun has received praise for the way he dealt with a mishap on stage during a recent performance.
Noh Tae Hyun is currently promoting with HOTSHOT on music shows, and the group performed their latest track “Jelly” on “M!Countdown” on July 27.
Many viewers noticed that Noh Tae Hyun was having trouble with his headset microphone during the performance, and had to hold it in one hand as he both sang and danced to the song’s tough choreography (which he created himself).
According to one news outlet, Noh Tae Hyun’s microphone became detached when a combination of his dancing and sweat caused the tape that had been affixing the cords to him to slip off.
Fans have also pointed out that his necklace appeared to get caught before he had to pull it off, which may have been why his microphone tape came off. The necklace continues to dangle from his microphone for the rest of the performance.
No matter the cause of the mishap, Noh Tae Hyun managed to remain composed and professional as he dealt with the issue, still singing his lines and dancing just as well as usual.
It’s reported that the show’s production team and other staff were unsparing with their praise of Noh Tae Hyun for the professional and expert way he dealt with the mishap.
