GFRIEND Members Share When Their Overseas Fans Made Them Feel Touched

On August 1, GFRIEND held a showcase for their fifth mini album “Parallel” and the show was broadcast on V Live.

GFRIEND had been on a concert tour abroad between promotions in Korea. Sowon said, “We went to Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Bangkok. Everywhere we went, everyone was so welcoming. It was the first time we went to Hong Kong alone. Starting at the airport, we received such a warm welcome.”

Eunha shared, “I was so touched because our Thai fans sang one of our songs for us in Korean. It was a song called ‘Trust,’ and it wasn’t a title track and it is a ballad, so I was even more surprised.”

Umji added, “They even did the fan chants, so that was touching as well.”

Meanwhile, GFRIEND recently made a comeback with their title song “Love Whisper.”
