"While You Were Sleeping" Hints At How Lee Jong Suk And Suzy End Up Meeting Again In New Stills

Ahead of its premiere, SBS has revealed more stills about the beginnings of Lee Jong Suk and Suzy in its upcoming drama “While You Were Sleeping”!

Because Lee Jong Suk’s character Jung Jae Chan ends up moving next door to Suzy’s character Nam Hong Joo, they are spotted frequenting the same places at different times, until they finally meet again.

Almost as if Nam Hong Joo is echoing Jung Jae Chan’s movements, or vice versa, they walk down the exact same street while enjoying the warm sunlight. Although at different moments, both of them act kindly to a group of children they meet in the park, with Jung Jae Chan helping a child with her balloon and Nam Hong Joo talking to a little girl.

Eventually, they end up bumping into each other on the subway, just one person apart. Jung Jae Chan looks startled to see Nam Hong Joo, who stares back at him with a peculiar look on her face.

A source from “While You Were Sleeping” talked about how Jung Jae Chan and Nam Hong Joo have a fun and atypical connection, and how the secrets behind their meetings will be revealed one by one.

“While You Were Sleeping” is set to premiere on September 27, and will be coming exclusively to Rakuten Viki. Check out the main trailer below!
