In the past, shows such as “We Got Married” were popular for setting up celebrity pairs into fake marriages. However these days, viewers are enjoying seeing their favorite celebrities star in reality couple shows such as “Same Bed Different Dreams 2,” “Newlywed Diary,” and “Hyori’s Homestay.”

1. Ahn Jae Hyun and Ku Hye Sun

This “visual couple” met while filming the KBS drama “Blood” in 2015. After a year of dating, the couple got married. Instead of having a grandiose ceremony, they donated their marriage funds to a children’s hospital instead. Through the reality variety show tvN’s “Newlywed Diary,” fans were able to watch Ahn Jae Hyun and Ku Hye Sun live out the beginning of their blissful married days.

2. Ji Sung and Lee Bo Young

This actor-actress couple met on the set of the SBS drama “Save the Last Dance for Me.” After falling in love, they dated for six years before getting married in September of 2013. Ji Sung and Lee Bo Young are famous for being lovebirds in the industry and have earned fan support through their unchanging love for each other.

3. Tiger JK and Yoon Mi Rae

The king and queen of Korean hip hop, Tiger JK and Yoon Mi Rae got married in June of 2007. Yoon Mi Rae met Tiger JK when she was promoting as artist “T” and the two musicians frequently featured on each other’s songs. Yoon Mi Rae was reported to have been a great source of strength for Tiger JK when he was diagnosed with myelitis. Through thick and thin, the couple dated for seven years before getting married and now have a beautiful family with their son Jordan.

4.  Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon

This musician couple first met in 2010 and got closer after sharing their common love for animals. After working on a song together to raise awareness for abandoned dogs, they dated, then got married in September of 2013. After marriage, Lee Hyori and Lee Sang Soon moved to Jeju Island and recently revealed their life to viewers through JTBC’s “Hyori’s Homestay.”

5. Chu Ja Hyun and Yu Xiao Guang

After confirming they’re dating in 2015 and registering for marriage, Chu Ja Hyun and Yu Xiao Guang are enjoying their love-filled newlywed days. Prior to appearing on SBS’s “Same Bed Different Dreams 2,” the public only knew of Yu Xiao Guang as a Chinese actor. However, after the show aired, he gained many fans for his kind heart and even earned the nickname “Woovely.”

6. Ryu Soo Young and Park Ha Sun

This actor-actress couple also fell in love on the set of a drama. Ryu Soo Young and Park Ha Sun met while filming MBC’s Wednesday-Thursday drama “Two Weeks” in 2013. The couple confirmed they were dating that March and after two years of dating, they wed in January of this year. Recently, Ryu Soo Young and Park Ha Sun welcomed their first baby daughter in August.

7. Joo Sang Wook and Cha Ye Ryun

Joo Sang Wook and Cha Ye Ryun got close while filming the drama “Glamorous Temptation” in 2015. After filming the 50-episode drama, the two began dating while bonding over golf, their common hobby. The two wed in May of this year after about two years of dating.

8. Tablo and Kang Hye Jung

Epik High member Tablo and actress Kang Hye Jung confirmed they were dating in September of 2008 and wed in October of the following year. They revealed their life as parents of their daughter Haru on season one of “The Return of Superman” and they gained many fans for their fun, beautiful family life.
