TVXQ's Yunho Experiences A Generation Gap Firsthand As An Older Idol

TVXQ’s Yunho was recently shocked by elementary school students.

On October 25, TVXQ guested on JTBC’s “Let’s Eat Dinner Together” and traveled to Yangju, which is where Yunho had carried out his military service. Due to his deep connection with the place, the singer was confident that he would be able to succeed in their mission of being invited to eat at someone’s home.

However, Yunho soon realized a different reality when they took a bus and ran into some kids. Pointing to Yunho, Kang Ho Dong asked the children, “Do you know who he is?” They shook their heads saying, “No,” and confessed, “We do know BTS though.”

Yunho was unable to hide his shock, as Lee Kyung Kyu comforted him by saying, “It’s because the generations have changed.” After the children looked up TVXQ and Yunho online, they cheerfully said, “You look really different than you do on TV,” and made everyone laugh.
