Bae Doona Discusses Her Style And Why She Doesn’t Follow Trends

Elle Korea released photos of actress Bae Doona for its upcoming November issue, where she is recognized as one of the winners of the Elle Style Awards.

As the concept of the pictorial was showing a natural side, Bae Doona shot all the pictures bare-faced. She demonstrated her true professionalism as she showed various poses and facial expressions without the help of lighting effects or special props.

In the accompanying interview, Bae Doona revealed that she does not follow trends or have a specific role model when it comes to style. She commented, “Because people are different, even if you try to dress like someone, it won’t be the same.”

She further shared that style should be something that makes your own self happy, as it’s “more important to grow closer to the ideal self you want, rather than how you want to be seen by others.”
