Kim Jong Kook Cheers On His Niece And "The Unit" Contestant Soya
Kim Jong Kook showed some support for his niece, Soya, who is currently appearing on KBS2’s idol rebooting program “The Unit.”
On November 21, Kim Jong Kook uploaded a picture of Soya on his personal Instagram with a sweet message of support.
He wrote in Korean, “My niece that I love so much, Soya, is working very hard towards achieving her dreams. She is talented and is a girl with a heart as pretty as her face. Please watch over her with interest and show a lot of support! Please vote!” He added the hashtags “The Unit,” “I’m sorry this is all your uncle can do for you,” “Hwaiting,” “You are the best,” “Always without regrets,” “Do your best,” “Family,” and “One and only,” revealing his love for his niece.
He also included a shorter version of the caption in English with the hashtags “Soya,” “The Unit,” “VoteSoya,” “Family,” and “OneNOnly.”
Meanwhile, Soya debuted in 2010 as part of Soya n Sun, but was unable to garner much interest from the public. She is competing on “The Unit” for another chance at the spotlight in the entertainment industry.
