Yoo Seung Ho, Chae Soo Bin, And Uhm Ki Joon Practice Nonstop Behind-The-Scenes Of "I Am Not A Robot"

MBC’s “I Am Not a Robot” has released photos of the cast members hard at work behind the cameras.

In the released stills, Yoo Seung Ho is seen monitoring his acting in deep concentration. In the drama, he plays the part of Kim Min Kyu, a man who is perfect except for the fact that he is allergic to humans. As this is Yoo Seung Ho’s first time starring in a romantic comedy, he is said to be doing all he can to portray the character perfectly. He is studying his script in another picture, which speaks of his enthusiasm for the drama.Chae Soo Bin is also reading her script in the photos. The actress plays a dual role for the first time through this drama. While she acts out the part of a young businesswoman Jo Ji Ah, she also plays the role of a humanoid robot Ah Ji 3. Chae Soo Bin has been studying her lines word by word as well as checking her every gesture and move.Other photos show Uhm Ki Joon unable to let go of his script just like other cast members. In the drama, he plays the role of a genius robotics professor Hong Baek Gyun. The production team shared that his hardworking attitude coming from years of experience is serving as a great example for both the cast and the staff.Although Yoo Seung Ho, Chae Soo Bin, and Uhm Ki Joon sometimes hang out and laugh during their breaks, they are said to get into character instantly once the camera starts rolling.

“The three actors are putting in great effort to showcase relatable acting for the viewers, not letting go of their scripts during breaks and committing to rehearsals as if they’re real,” the production staff of “I Am Not a Robot” shared. They added that everyone on the team is trying their best to convey the cast’s enthusiasm through the drama.

“I Am Not a Robot” tells the love story of a man who has never dated due to a “human allergy” and a woman who pretends to be a robot. It is set to premiere on December 6 at 10:00 p.m. KST.
