Highlight’s Son Dongwoon Talks About Acting In New Musical

Highlight’s Son Dongwoon recently shared his thoughts about acting in his latest
musical “Sandglass,” based off of the 1995 SBS drama of the same name, one of the highest rated shows in K-drama history.

On December 2, Kim Woo Hyung, Park Gun Hyung, and Son Dongwoon, some of the actors in the leading roles of the musical “Sandglass,” appeared on SBS PowerFM’s “2 O’Clock Escape Cultwo Show.”

During the radio show, Son Dongwoon said, “I think musicals are very hard. I wanted to try something unbelievable, so I’m very happy that I’m doing that now.” When asked if there was a role he wanted to play, he replied, “I think [being a] doctor, lawyer, or prosecutor would be cool. Park Gun Hyung is playing a prosecutor this time, and he is really amazing.”
