"Law Of The Jungle" May Be First Korean Variety Show To Travel To South Pole
“Law of the Jungle” is gearing up to embark on some special trips!
The program is approaching its 300th episode in January 2018. On December 14, a source from the show revealed that they are preparing trips to Chile and the South Pole in celebration of the 300th episode and the New Year.
The source added, “If [the trip to] the South Pole accomplished, it will be the first Korean variety show to film there,” and concluded, “We are fully preparing so that the Byung Man Tribe’s new challenges can be new experiences for the viewers, as well.”
The Chile season is currently working on casting and is scheduled to depart in early January. It will be led by PD Baek Soo Jin, who previously did the Komodo season. PD Kim Jin Ho, who has led “Law of the Jungle” for the longest amount of time, is preparing the South Pole season.
“Law of the Jungle” airs every Friday at 10 p.m. KST.
