December Singer Brand Reputation Rankings Revealed
On December 24, the Korean Business Research Institute announced this month’s rankings for brand reputation among singers.
The results are based on the analysis of participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes for 130,541,250 pieces of big data on singers from November 22 to December 23. This is a 7.9 percent increase from the 120,970,603 pieces of big data analyzed for the October ranking.
Wanna One rose to the top of the list with a total brand reputation score of 13,141,487, which is a 7.47 percent increase from their October score. “Cute,” “Happy,” and “Thankful” are words that ranked high for the keyword analysis of Wanna One, while “Kang Daniel,” “Concert,” and “Beautiful” ranked high for their link analysis. The positivity-negativity analysis found that reactions towards the Wanna One brand are 92.93 percent positive.
BTS followed in second place with a total score of 12,311,031. EXO rose two spots to take third place with a total score of 9,614,699, which is a 42.46 percent increase from their October score.
