Girls' Generation's Sunny, Chungha, FTISLAND's Choi Jong Hoon, And More To Appear On New Variety Show
MBN is saying hello to 2018 with a new variety program that hopes to break gender stereotypes!
“Realistic Men and Women” (literal translation) aims to break the stereotypes about men and women by teaming them up to tackle different challenges based on a specific topic every week to awaken their senses and find their hidden talents.
On January 1, a source from MBN said, “Perception about men and women are changing with the times. In the current era where stereotypes about men and women are fading, we wondered how men and women would react to various situations and created this show to find out.”
The show will have a diverse cast of male and female celebrities in their 20s to 50s from different fields and generations. The first episode will be about earthquakes, which have become a more frequently occurring natural disaster in South Korea, and show how men and women react.
Yoon Jung Soo, Yang Se Hyung, Shin Sung Woo, and FTISLAND member Choi Jong Hoon will be the first male celebrities to appear on the show, alongside Han Eun Jung, Gong Hyun Joo, Girls’ Generation member Sunny, and Chungha.
“Realistic Men and Women” will premiere on Thursday, January 11 at 11 p.m. KST.
