Kim Heechul, Kim So Hyun, And Shin Dong Yup To MC The 27th Seoul Music Awards
Super Junior’s Kim Heechul, Kim So Hyun, and Shin Dong Yup have been announced as the MCs for the upcoming 27th Seoul Music Awards, which will be held at the Gocheok Sky Dome on January 25.
Having been an MC at the Seoul Music Awards back in 2011, Shin Dong Yup will be displaying his steady emceeing skills once again.
Kim Heechul has been an MC for the Seoul Music Awards for two consecutive years now. The Super Junior member, who also emceed last year’s MBC Entertainment Awards, is expected to show off his great chemistry with Shin Dong Yup.
It will be the first time emceeing the Seoul Music Awards for actress Kim So Hyun, who just turned 20 this year. Kim So Hyun has experience emceeing for MBC’s “Music Core” and the 2015 KBS Drama Awards, and is well known for her calm voice and youthful charms. Many are already looking forward to how she will be alongside Kim Heechul and Shin Dong Yup.
This year’s Seoul Music Awards features an impressive lineup that includes EXO, BTS, Wanna One, BLACKPINK, Red Velvet, MAMAMOO, and other popular idol groups. Solo artists, such as IU, Yoon Jong Shin, Ailee, will be attending as well.
The 27th Seoul Music Awards will be broadcast live starting at 7 p.m. KST on January 25.
