BTS's "DNA" Breaks Record For Fastest K-Pop Group MV To Hit 250 Million Views

BTS’s “DNA” has now reached 250 million views in the fastest time yet for a K-pop group music video!

“DNA” was released on September 18 of 2017 as the title track to BTS’s mini album “Love Yourself: Her.” The MV for the track achieved the highest number of views for a K-pop group MV in the first 24 hours, and holds the record among K-pop group MVs for the fastest time to reach each milestone all the way up to 250 million views.

On January 24 KST, “DNA” set another record for K-pop group MVs as it hit 250 million views in only 4 months and 5 days (127 days). The previous record was held by TWICE’s “TT,” which reached 250 million views in 9 months and 29 days (302 days).

“DNA” is now BTS’s third music video to reach 250 million views, following “Fire” and “Dope.” In addition, the MV recently surpassed 4 million “likes” on YouTube.
