BTS Will Not Attend The iHeartRadio Music Awards

On March 7, Big Hit Entertainment announced that BTS will not be attending the iHeartRadio Music Awards.

A source from the agency explained, “We are aware that there is much interest in the iHeartRadio Music Awards. BTS has busy schedules, including preparations for their new album, so it is unfortunately difficult for them to attend this awards ceremony.”

The source added, “BTS fans from around the world are sending support for the awards show. No matter the outcome of the awards, we express our sincere gratitude.”

BTS is nominated for Best Boy Band and Best Fan Army at the 2018 iHeartRadio Music Awards, which will take place on March 11 at 5 p.m. PT.
