WJSN's Bona In Talks For Lead Role In New KBS Drama

WJSN’s Bona is currently in talks to be the leading role in a new KBS miniseries called “Your House Helper” (literal translation).

A source from the drama commented, “It is true that we are in discussion with Bona for her cast in ‘Your House Helper.’ However, nothing has been confirmed yet.”

“Your House Helper” is based on an Olleh Market webtoon.  The story revolves around Kim Ji Woon, a man who becomes a housekeeper. He listens to the worries of his troubled clients and gives them advice to help them solve their problems.

If Bona takes the role, she will be playing Lim Da Young, who is an intern at a advertising company. She doesn’t have a huge advantage due to her age and less than prestigious educational background. However, she has big dreams and she tries to appeal to her bosses in order to become a full-time employee. Due to the fact that the high ups at her company are mostly male, female employees call her “Fox Lim.”

Bona received a lot of praise for her acting in “Girls’ Generation 1979” last October. The short drama was only eight episodes, but this new one will go on for 16 episodes. It will be directed by producing director (PD) Jeon Woo Sung who directed “Strongest Deliveryman” last year and written by Kim Ji Sun who was one of the writers for “Producer” in 2015.

“Your House Helper” will air sometime in June after “Suits.”
