MONSTA X Ranks High On iTunes Album Chart Worldwide With "Jealousy" Comeback
MONSTA X is receiving a hot response overseas with their latest comeback!
MONSTA X released their sixth mini-album “THE CONNECT” at 6 p.m. KST on March 26. The title track “Jealousy” is an ’80s-inspired punk R&B and jam style track that combines both elements of trap and future pop. The album includes songs composed by members Wonho and Jooheon as well.
This comeback comes just four months after their promotions for “Dramarama” last November. MONSTA X’s fandom has been growing both domestically and internationally, and many are looking forward to their promotions for “Jealousy.”
As of 7 a.m. KST on March 27, MONSTA X has claimed first place on the iTunes Album chart for Estonia, Hungary, Israel, and Mongolia. They have also taken second on the iTunes Album Chart for the United States, Argentina, Finland, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Norway, Russia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, and are in third place for Chile, Sweden, and Turkey. With strong rankings in Netherlands, Austria, Japan, Canada, Germany, Denmark, and Finland, MONSTA X has placed within the Top 10 for the iTunes Album Chart for a total of 28 countries.
Following domestic promotions, MONSTA X will embark on their second Europe tour this June, with performances scheduled in Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, and more.
