Stray Kids' "District 9" Becomes K-Pop Group Debut MV With Most Views In 24 Hours

Stray Kids is already setting records with their debut!

On March 26 at 6 p.m. KST, JYP Entertainment’s newest boy group released their debut album and the music video for “District 9.”

As of March 27 at 6 p.m. KST, 24 hours after the release, the “District 9” music video has 4,274,649 views on YouTube.This is a new record for the most views a K-pop group debut music video has achieved in the first 24 hours. The previous record was set by Wanna One’s “Energetic” with 4,034,795 views in 24 hours.

“District 9” is the title track of Stray Kids’ debut album “I am NOT,” which is entirely filled with tracks written by the members. Just hours after the release, the album topped several iTunes album charts worldwide.
