EXID Talks About Trying A Completely Different Concept And Genre For Latest Comeback
On April 2, EXID held a showcase for their latest title track “Lady” at the Shinsegae Mesa Hall in Seoul.
The girl group performed “Lady” for the first time on stage and showcased the New Jack Swing song full of 90s vibes.
EXID said, “This is our first time trying this concept, choreography, and genre, so we’re really nervous. Thankfully, the performance itself is fun and bright, so we tried to have fun and do it our own way. It was really fun.”
LE added, “It’s the day of our comeback, but showcases are always nervewracking. I feel especially more nervous today. It’s different from our previous music, so I was really worried. We tried to liven up the retro vibes and challenged ourselves.”
