New "Weekly Idol" Hosts Share Which Idols They Want To Invite On The Show
With the new MCs of “Weekly Idol” appearing in their first episode on April 11, the hosts talked about some idols they’d like to invite on the show at a press conference!
Yoo Se Yoon said, “I’m a bit close with Weki Meki’s Choi Yoojung. If Weki Meki came on the show, I think I could show that we’re close. I want to have them on the show.” He also joked, “I’ll become friends with more people in the future.”
Kim Shin Young said, “I want to meet a lot of idols, but first off, BTS. I’m friends with Suga so I was invited to their concert. I went and they were so cool.”
“Oh My Girl as well,” she added. “I’m not often friends with a whole group, but I’ve become really close with them. I think it would be even more fun to do something officially with them.”
She also named TWICE as a group she’d like to invite, saying she’s a fan of them. “I’ve never worked with them on a show that’s not a radio show, so I want to work together with them,” she said. “Please come on.”
Kim Shin Young also mentioned her famous group of friends, including AOA’s Jimin and Seolhyun and Super Junior’s Kim Heechul. “I’ll be in trouble if I leave out Jimin,” she joked, and said she hopes that Heechul, Seolhyun, and Jimin can all come on together once.
