SEVENTEEN Relays Thoughts On Opening For Veteran Singer Cho Yong Pil's 50th Anniversary Concert

SEVENTEEN expressed their gratitude towards veteran singer Cho Yong Pil!

SEVENTEEN was recently invited to perform with Cho Yong Pil for the opening stage of his sold-out concert in Seoul held on May 12. Cho Yong Pil had reportedly invited the boy group after being impressed by their cover performance of one of his songs on KBS’s “Immortal Songs.”

Following the concert, SEVENTEEN posted a picture with Cho Yong Pil on the group’s official Instagram. The photo shows all the members smiling as Cho Yong Pil holds a bouquet of flowers. The caption reads, “It still feels like a dream that we were able to participate in Cho Yong Pil’s 50th anniversary concert. We thank Cho Yong Pil teacher (term used for respect), who invited us, and all the audience members who enjoyed our performance with us. It was a meaningful performance that we will treasure forever.”
