Teen Top's Agency Withdraws Lawsuit Against Byung Hun (L.Joe) After Coming To Agreement

Teen Top’s agency and Byung Hun (L.Joe) have come to a mutual agreement.

TOP Media filed a lawsuit against the former Teen Top member in September 2017 for damages from him breaching his exclusive contract.

On May 16, TOP Media revealed through an official statement that the two parties have come to a mutual agreement on the issue with the terms of Byung Hun following and fulfilling the mandatory clauses of the exclusive contract.

The agreement was fulfilled by Byung Hun’s side on May 11. TOP Media withdrew the lawsuit from the Seoul Central District Court, and their exclusive contract relationship has officially come to a close.
