Lee El Responds To Dating Rumors With Kim Jae Wook

Actress Lee El’s agency has addressed the dating rumors linking her to former “Amadeus” co-star Kim Jae Wook.

On May 19, rumors about the two stars began to circulate after Lee El posted a photo on Instagram of actor Kim Jae Wook sleeping. Although the actress immediately deleted her post, the photo was widely circulated through various online communities, and many began to speculate that the actors were involved in a romantic relationship.

The next day, Lee El’s agency Artist Company denied any romantic involvement between the two stars. On May 20, a representative for the agency stated, “The photo in question was taken in the waiting room at the ‘Amadeus’ theater, while the actors were resting. [Lee El] posted it as a joke because she thought it was a funny photo, then took it down.”

Lee El and Kim Jae Wook, who starred together as husband and wife in the musical “Amadeus,” have previously drawn attention for their close relationship. Kim Jae Wook attended the VIP premiere of Lee El’s film “Wind, Wind, Wind” in March, while Lee El visited Kim Jae Wook on his drama set last year.

In September 2017, Kim Jae Wook posted a photo of Lee El’s visit on his Instagram account, writing, “El recently made a surprise appearance together with a coffee truck. Thank you, I was touched. Thanks to you, I even heard [from people on set] that I’ve been living my life well.”
