Watch: (G)I-DLE Takes 1st Ever Win With "LATATA" On "The Show"

(G)I-DLE has already won their first music show trophy!

Cube Entertainment’s new girl group (G)I-DLE made their debut only a few weeks ago with “LATATA,” and on the May 22 episode of “The Show,” their song was nominated for first place. Other nominees were The Boyz’s “Giddy Up” and DreamCatcher’s “You and I.”

(G)I-DLE came in first with a total score of 8,063 to The Boyz’s 3,960 and DreamCatcher’s 3,544.

The members were sure to thank to their agency head Hong Seung Sung, fans, staff, parents, and more for the honor. “We’ll try to become idols that are a good fit for this award!” promised Jeon Soyeon. “Thank you so much to our fans!”
