Park Seo Joon And Park Min Young Open Up About Working Together For The First Time

Park Seo Joon and Park Min Young opened up about working together, and Park Seo Joon also revealed an interesting story related to Park Min Young from his army days.

On May 30, a press conference for tvN’s new Wednesday-Thursday drama “What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim?” was held.

During the event, Park Seo Joon shared an interesting connection he has with his new co-star. Park Min Young laughed as he stated, “I was an avid viewer of ‘Unstoppable High Kick‘ when I was in the army. My superior officer really enjoyed watching reruns, so I watched every single episode.”

He continued to say, “I’ve had a good impression of her since then. I had been hoping to work with her because we’re similar in age, and now I get to. Our director keeps telling us that we have great chemistry, and that’s boosted my confidence and motivates me to work harder.”

Park Min Young reciprocated and opened up about working with Park Seo Joon as she said, “I’ve watched Park Seo Joon’s previous dramas. He’s such a great actor that I’ve always wondered what it would be like to work with him. He’s a considerate person and a very talented actor who is able to perfectly embody his character and knows exactly what he needs to emphasize to bring his roles to life. I can see why people call him an expert in romantic comedies.”

She added, “He helps me out a lot and makes me want to be funnier in my role. I’m very fortunate to be working with such a great cast. There’s a peaceful and fun atmosphere on set all the time and our teamwork is strong, so I believe I am very fortunate to be able to work on this drama.”

Park Seo Joon and Park Min Young will be playing a self-absorbed vice-chairman and his perfect secretary who wants to quit her job. “What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim?” will premiere on June 6 at 9:30 p.m. KST.
