Sung Dong Il Says BTS's V Is A Fan Of His Daughter And Sent Her A Gift

Sung Dong Il spoke about BTS’s V and how the idol is a fan of his daughter in a recent interview!

On May 31, Sung Dong Il took part in an interview and brought up his children Joon and Bin. The actor and his children previously appeared on the MBC family reality show “Dad! Where Are We Going?” which aired from 2013 to 2015.

He said, “I once drank with Jo In Sung, Lee Kwang Soo, EXO, and Gong Hyo Jin, but my kids didn’t know any of them. The [celebrities] were also fascinated because Joon and Bin didn’t know them at all.”

He continued, “Now she’s in the sixth grade and BTS is famous. I met V through a drama and he said that he’s a fan of Bin. He sent her a large box full of snacks. He asked me to let him meet Bin and said that he’s a fan and that he’ll send it. I told her who sent it. When I said, ‘Bin, BTS’s V sent it,’ she didn’t know who it was.”

V and Sung Dong Il previously acted in the KBS drama “Hwarang” together.

Sung Dong Il appears in the film “The Accidental Detective 2: In Action” as a detective alongside Kwon Sang Woo and Lee Kwang Soo. The film will premiere in Korea on June 13. BTS is currently promoting their title track “Fake Love,” which recently achieved its fifth win on a music show and entered Billboard’s Hot 100 at No. 10.
