Yoon Do Hyun Shares Special Reason Why He's Happy About BTS's Jin Covering His Song

YB’s Yoon Do Hyun recently talked a special reason why he was happy to hear that BTS’s Jin covered his song!

The singer made a surprise appearance on MBC FM4U’s “Good Morning FM This is Kim Jae Dong” on June 8.

Kim Jae Dong and Yoon Do Hyun spoke on a variety of topics before Kim Jae Dong asked if he’d heard that BTS’s Jin had covered his song “Autumn Outside the Post Office” and released the audio for BTS’s fifth anniversary. He asked Yoon Do Hyun to say something to BTS and to ARMYs [BTS’s official fanclub name] around the world.

Yoon Do Hyun replied and said, “I’m happy to know that a junior who is popular all over the world has covered my song.” He also shared why BTS’s Jin covering his song is especially meaningful as he added, “Actually, my daughter is an ARMY. I’m not an ARMY but I’m close to it. I feel like for her, my status as her father has been raised [thanks to the cover].”
