
June Boy Group Brand Reputation Rankings Announced
The Korean Business Research Institute has published this month’s brand reputation rankings for male idol groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various boy groups using big data collected from May 8 to June 9.
BTS rose to the top of this month’s list with a brand reputation index of 26,063,933, marking a staggering 186.18 percent increase in their score since May.
High-ranking phrases in BTS’s keyword analysis included “Billboard,” “Fake Love,” and “YouTube.” The group’s highest-ranking related terms included “cool,” “congratulations,” and “exciting.” BTS’s positivity-negativity analysis also revealed a high score of 94.55 percent positive reactions.
Wanna One took second place this month with a brand reputation index of 15,044,489, enjoying a 21.39 percent rise in their score since May. EXO followed in third place with a brand reputation index of 5,450,970.
SHINee also saw an impressive increase in their score since last month, with their brand reputation index rising by 96.92 percent to 4,854,761. The group took fourth place for June, with SEVENTEEN trailing in fifth place with a brand reputation index of 3,586,158.
