BLACKPINK's "DDU-DU DDU-DU" Becomes Fastest K-Pop Girl Group MV To Hit 80 Million Views

BLACKPINK’s “DDU-DU DDU-DU” music video has broken another record!

On June 22 at approximately 11:13 a.m. KST, the music video reached 80 million views on YouTube, in approximately six days, 17 hours, and 13 minutes after its release on June 15.

This makes it the fastest K-pop girl group music video to hit this milestone, beating TWICE’s previous record of about 22 days, 14 hours, and 40 minutes with “Likey.”

The music video has been consistently breaking records for every subsequent 10 million milestone, having surpassed 70 million views just two days ago on June 20. It also currently holds the record for the most amount of views in the first 24 hours for a K-pop girl group MV.
