KARD On What It Was Like To Work With Super Junior

In a recent interview with Star Today, KARD told stories about working with Super Junior!

KARD’s Jiwoo and Somin performed on music shows with Super Junior while they were promoting their track “Lo Siento” off their April repackaged album “Replay.” The whole group also recently appeared on Super Junior’s xtvN variety show “Super TV 2,” where the two groups had hilarious and fun chemistry.

“I worried a lot about the ‘Lo Siento’ performances,” said Jiwoo. “At first, I had no idea that the song would be their title track. When I found out that it was their title track, I felt pressure and wondered, ‘Can I do a good job?’ But Super Junior took good care of us, and was friendly with us first.”

“I really learned a lot,” she continued. “One regret is that I’m shy, so it was only at the end that I was able to perform in a bit more relaxed way. I felt like, ‘I could have performed a little better.'”

J.seph talked about how on “Super TV 2” they played a game where he won and had to deliver a penalty to Super Junior’s Shindong. “They told me to hit hard, but I really couldn’t control my strength,” explained J.seph. “When the cameras were off and we were taking a break, I apologized, but he said, ‘It’s fine, because it’s a variety show.’ I remember being touched by how considerate he was.”

KARD made a comeback on July 25 with their new track “Ride on the Wind.”
