Super Junior's Leeteuk Shares Update After Surgery And Apologizes To Fans
Super Junior’s Leeteuk has given fans on update after receiving emergency surgery for gallbladder inflammation on July 24. Leeteuk took a break from his scheduled activities for a week to recover, including SMTOWN concerts in Osaka.
On August 4, Leeteuk wrote on Instagram, “I want to say thank you and apologize once again for worrying many people. I’ll take better care of my body and pay particular attention to my health. Once again, thank you and I’m sorry.”
He added in the hashtags, “Gall bladder removal surgery,” “Pain for a year,” “A guy without a gall bladder,” “Catching up with my schedule,” “Will it be okay,” “This evening,” and “On the way to Thailand.”

Super Junior recently announced plans for the second half of the year, with the members slated to share releases as a whole group, in units, and as solo artists.
