Stray Kids' Seungmin Talks About Special Friendship With Wanna One's Lee Dae Hwi

On August 13, Stray Kids made a guest appearance on radio program “Lee Soo Ji’s Music Plaza.”

During the show, the DJ brought up a question about Seungmin’s friendship with Wanna One’s Lee Dae Hwi.

Seungmin shared, “Before Dae Hwi switched schools, we went to Cheongdam High School together. Our classrooms were next door, so we had a lot of fun,” adding that they ate lunch together and hung out at retreats.

He revealed that Lee Dae Hwi played a big part in where he is now. He explained, “Dae Hwi was a JYP trainee at the time, and I was just a typical student. He encouraged me to audition, so I auditioned and joined JYP, but he left.”

Stray Kids released their second mini album “I am WHO” on August 6 and is currently promoting their title track “My Pace.”
