BTS, Red Velvet, Stray Kids, BLACKPINK, And iKON Take Top 10 Spots On Billboard's World Albums Chart
Billboard has revealed its charts for the week ending in August 18, and there are many releases by Korean artists both remaining and debuting on the World Albums chart this week!
BTS’s “Love Yourself: Tear” continues to reign in the No. 1 spot, with the album now in its 12th week overall on the World Albums chart. “Love Yourself: Her” also stays strong at No. 2 in its 47th week on the chart.
Red Velvet’s new mini album “Summer Magic” featuring the title track “Power Up” has debuted on the World Albums chart at No. 3.
Stray Kids’ “I am WHO” enters the chart at No. 5, and the mini album features the title track “My Pace.”
BLACKPINK’s “Square Up” spends its eighth week on the chart, now at No. 6. BTS’s Japanese album “Face Yourself” also remains on the chart for its 10th week and is currently at No. 7, while iKON’s “New Kids: Continue” is at No. 8 in its second week on the chart. SF9’s mini album “Sensuous” stays on the chart for a second week, now at No. 15.
