BTOB's Eunkwang Expresses Thoughts On Acting In Musical Ahead Of Military Enlistment

On August 16, BTOB’s Eunkwang expressed his feelings on acting in the musical, “Barnum: The Greatest Showman,” at a press call held for the musical.

Eunkwang stated, “I’ll only be able to perform six times ahead of my enlistment. I’m sorry to the audience members who bought tickets after [those performances]. That’s why I prepared with everything I’ve got for those six performances. I’ll try hard to show you my best self.”

In regards to “Barnum: The Greatest Showman,” Eunkwang continued, “Out of all the projects I’ve done, [Barnum] was the musical in which acting was the most important. It’s also a work in which I’ve lost a lot of fear I previously had about acting. Because I was able to work with such great seniors, I think of it as a precious work. It’s a project that I’d like to do again if given the chance after I’m discharged.”

“Barnum: The Greatest Showman” held its first performance on August 7 and will continue to hold shows until October 28 at the Chungmu Arts Center.
