2PM's Chansung And Han Ji An To Join Drama Adaptation Of 'So I Married An Anti-Fan'

2PM’s Chansung and Han Ji An will be appearing in the new drama “So I Married an Anti-Fan”!

On August 17, the two actors were confirmed for roles in the upcoming drama adaptation of the popular novel, which will star Girls’ Generation’s Sooyoung and Choi Tae Joon as its leads. The novel was previously adapted into both a comic and a Chinese film starring EXO’s Chanyeol, Mabel Yuan, and Girls’ Generation’s Seohyun.

“So I Married an Anti-Fan” is a romantic comedy that tells the unexpected love story of Ho Joon, an A-list K-pop star (played by Choi Tae Joon) and Lee Geun Young, a reporter who ends up becoming his No. 1 anti-fan (played by Sooyoung).

Chansung will play the role of JJ, the wealthy heir to a conglomerate and the head of an entertainment agency, who was once close friends with both Ho Joon and Oh In Hyung (played by Han Ji An). Oh In Hyung is a struggling celebrity who is torn between Ho Joon, for whom she once had romantic feelings, and JJ, whom she sees as a lifeline.

Despite having been inseparable with Ho Joon in the past, JJ is madly jealous of his fame and his success in love. He later ends up crossing paths with Lee Geun Young while passionately plotting Ho Joon’s demise.

Chansung most recently appeared in the hit tvN drama “What’s Wrong with Secretary Kim,” while Han Ji An starred in the popular film “The Vanished” earlier this year.
