These Are The Beauty Moments From (G)I-DLE’s "Hann" MV We Keep Obsessing Over

Have you ever felt hypnotized by a music video? We truly hope the answer is yes and that G(I)-DLE’s “Hann” is a part of that list. As if “Latata” wasn’t already one of the strongest debuts of the year, their first ever comeback showed us they’re not playing around when talking incredible vocals and strong visuals. We’re still obsessed over some of the looks they pulled off during their first video, and after watching “Hann,” all we can think of is what we can do to look just as fierce and flawless as they do. While we discover that, here are some of our favorite beauty moments from the video that we just can’t stop thinking about.

Yuqi’s Jeweled Eyes

Ok… I don’t even know where to start. This look right here is a winner without a doubt. Intense pink lips and eyeshadow, perfect eyelashes, blushed cheeks, velvet skin, and those diamond jewel stickers on Yuqi’s eyelids turned this into a beauty look that will remain in my brain for centuries.

Facial stickers are definitely a trend at the moment, and Yuqi knows it. In the first shot above, you can see that both her lips and eyes are a little more intense in comparison to the second image (from the beginning of the video), showing us you can also keep this look on the more subtle side if you prefer.

Minnie’s Orange Fluor

Fluor is just never gonna go out of style. For this shot, Minnie blessed us with a monochrome orange look featuring neon tangerine for the eyes, intense salmon lips, and ginger hair, all for the perfect fire look. Not gonna lie, orange can be a very tricky color to pull off, but Minnie combines simplicity and intensity in a perfect way so that it doesn’t look too overloaded.

In this shot, we can see how there’s a little glitter on her waterline and lashline, which adds some glow to the look.

Soyeon’s Red & Gray Moment

Another moment for the books. Soyeon’s looks tend to be on the bold side, and this was no exception. A mix of a dark red smokey eye, silver eyeshadow, and light cat eye turned this look into pure art. If you look closely, you can see how the red eyeshadow starts metallic on the inside of the eyes and fades into a matte shade on the outside, all covered by a layer of silver to intensify the gaze.

Light red lips, bold brows, and smooth skin finish this look that focuses mainly on her eyes.

Soojin’s Mermaid Look

Maybe it’s just me, but my first thought when Soojin showed up on my screen looking like this was, “This is how Ariel from ‘The Little Mermaid’ would look like if she stayed on Earth and joined a K-pop group.” Well, that can be a little too specific, but this look deserves the “Mermaid Queen” title in my opinion. Not only for the long cherry hair and brows, but the light silver eyeshadow, ruby ombré lips, and of course the turquoise contacts. All of it together is very hypnotizing, am I right?

Shuhua’s Bronze Vibes

There’s something very special about Shuhua’s makeup in this video. She’s one of the only ones wearing a little bronzer on her cheeks, which, paired with orange-bronze eyeshadow and matte red lipstick, reminded us of an Egyptian goddess. While her look is still bright and vibrant, she’s one of the only ones showcasing a matte look.

A beautiful glow is added to this look on her eyes with a gorgeous shade of metallic bronze that does nothing but highlight her dark eyes.

Miyeon’s Soft Makeup

This whole video is full of intense, bold, and dark beauty moments, but Miyeon went for a lighter yet still refreshing look. Soft orange eyeshadow and dark brown eyeliner for added drama, tinted pink lips, smooth light brown hair, and velvety pale skin crowned with deep blue contacts made this one of the simplest yet sweetest looks of this video.

Soojin’s All Red

I’ll always be down for a moochrome look. In this case, Soojin decided to go all red: stunning bright red lips, dark cherry hair, light red blush, and an outstanding burgundy smokey eye. In this scene in particular, all we see is passion both in the scenario, her clothes, and of course her makeup, becoming the cherry on top and the living proof that there’s no such thing as too much red.

Yuqi’s Sunset-Like Eyes

This is one of those looks we want to try during summer at sunset so the light plays with our eyeshadow. Besides the dramatic bangs and straight long locks, Yuqi’s eyes here remind us of a nice summer evening at the beach, with light metallic rose gold decorating the inner Vs of her eyes and fading into a light fuschia shade. As for the lips, there’s something about the slightly faded but matte lipstick that makes the look a little softer.

Soyeon’s Pink Fluor

This look is very similar to Minnie’s orange Fluor, but suited for pink lovers. Also, it’s paired with colored contacts and dark hair, so it looks a little less playful and a little more sexy.
