Woo Do Hwan In Talks To Star In New Prequel To Hit Film "The Divine Move"
Just one week into filming for his new movie “The Divine Fury,” Woo Do Hwan has been offered a role in another upcoming film!
On August 22, Woo Do Hwan’s agency KeyEast confirmed that the actor was considering appearing in the new film “Ghost Move” (working title). A representative of the agency stated, “Woo Do Hwan is currently reviewing his casting offer for the film ‘Ghost Move’ with a favorable outlook.”
“Ghost Move” is a prequel to the popular 2014 film “The Divine Move,” which starred Jung Woo Sung as a professional Go player who seeks revenge after being framed for murder. Although no details have yet been released about the role offered to Woo Do Hwan, it has been reported that the character is central to the film’s plot.
The upcoming film will tell the story of the fierce life-and-death battles between professional Go players whose lives hang upon their every move. Veteran actor Kwon Sang Woo has been confirmed for the movie’s leading role.
