EXO's D.O. Is A Useless But Lovable Prince In New "100 Days My Prince" Posters

The upcoming tvN drama “100 Days My Prince” has unveiled its main posters!

“100 Days My Prince” is a historical romance about the unusual love story between the fictional crown prince Lee Yool (played by EXO’s D.O.), who suffers from temporary amnesia after an accident, and Hong Shim (played by Nam Ji Hyun), the oldest unmarried woman in the Joseon Kingdom.

After losing his memory, Lee Yool ends up living as the commoner Won Deuk, who surprises the villagers by being unable to do even the most basic of chores. However, due to a decree enacted by none other than the prince himself, Hong Shim is forced to marry Won Deuk in order to end a drought that has devastated the region.

One of the newly released posters amusingly depicts Won Deuk helplessly struggling with a variety of simple chores. As an exasperated Hong Shim watches from the sidelines, Won Deuk accidentally sends dishes flying, starts a fire in a mortar, and hilariously attempts to chop firewood using a broom.

The caption reads, “To think that [I] must marry this completely useless man…!”

Another poster captures a romantic moment between Won Deuk and Hong Shim, with D.O. gazing lovingly at his new bride as she kindles a fire. The caption reads, “The story of the 100-day marriage between the amnesiac crown prince and the oldest unmarried woman [in Joseon].”

The final main poster for the drama shows the adorable couple smiling side by side, with the caption reading, “First, a marriage of fate; then, a romance of circumstance.”

The producers of “100 Days My Prince” remarked, “We amplified the heart-fluttering feelings of romance by showing a slice of the humble daily life of newlywed couple Won Deuk and Hong Shim. As they bicker their way through married life, we plan to convey both youthfulness and longing.”

“100 Days My Prince” will premiere on September 10 at 9:30 p.m. KST, following the end of “Let’s Eat 3.”
