Cast Of 'Witch's Love' Comments On Drama's Conclusion

Yoon So Hee, Hyun Woo, and VIXX’s Hongbin have shared their thoughts on “Witch’s Love” coming to an end.

Yoon So Hee, who took on the role of the peculiar yet lovable soup-delivering witch Kang Cho Hong, shared, “From hair to wardrobe, I did a lot of stylistic changes for the character Cho Hong. Thanks to her, I was able to get angry, flip over a male actor, and even try on elf ears. It was a special time where I was able to try many different experiences.” She continued, “Though it was hot, the staff members always welcomed me, and all the other actors were so great. I think it’s going to be a drama I won’t forget.”

Hyun Woo, who played the soup restaurant’s building owner Ma Sung Tae, commented, “When filming was long, it was really long, and when it was short, it was really short. I’m happy that we were able to finish filming without any big accidents. Though I do have regrets as I feel ‘I could have come out better,’ there were also so many things that I’m taking away from it. I learned the way to approach acting while working with Kim Young Ok, and through my interactions with senior and junior actors, I was able to once again feel the mindset of leading a drama.”

Hongbin played the sincere-hearted webtoon writer Hwang Jae Wook, and shared, “It was a drama where everyone beat the heat by working hard to film. When I first read the script, I thought, ‘I hope [viewers] watch with a light heart and laugh.’ Every time viewers praised it, saying, ‘It’s fun,’ I felt proud. Thanks to the viewers, I was able to receive strength and work even harder while filming. Thank you to the viewers who enjoyed ‘Witch’s Love’ until the end.”

“Witch’s Love” will air its finale on August 30 at 11 p.m. KST.
