"Real Men 300" Reveals Full Second Lineup Including NCT's Lucas And VIXX's Ravi

“Real Men 300” revealed the full cast of its second lineup. A total of 10 contestants will participate in the selection process of picking the elite ‘300 warrior’ with the 3rd Infantry Division, a.k.a the ‘White Skull’ troop, that guards the front line of South Korea in Cheorwon, Gangwon Province.

The cast of the first lineup including actor Kang Ji Hwan, PENTAGON’s Hongseok, and BLACKPINK’s Lisa filmed their first episode with the Korea Army Academy at Yeongchun in Gyeongsangbuk Province. They will continue to film about special forces, the evaluation process of becoming the ‘honorary 300 warrior,’ and the final test.

“Real Men 300” stated, “NCT’s Lucas, Kim Jae Woo, Park Jae Min, MONSTA X’s Shownu, VIXX’s Ravi, Choi Yoon Young, Narsha, Kim Hee Jung, Berry Good’s Johyun, and WJSN’s Eunseo will enter the recruit training center of the White Skull troop on September 3. They will have a chance to compete against having the title of the elite ‘300 warrior.’

Lucas confirmed that he is the ‘king of strength’ by doing more than 80 push-ups and sit-ups. Kim Jae Woo served in one of the front line troops during his military service and has physical talent to even compete against professionals in sports competitions. Park Jae Min is a jack-of-all-trades who graduated from Seoul National University’s Physical Education department. Shownu used to be a professional swimmer which proves his iron strength. Ravi is also known for his fit physique.

The five female contestants also have great records. Actress Choi Yoon Young is loved for her cute and friendly images, but she decided to participate in the show because of her military family background. Kim Hee Jung, well known for being a child actress, is a sports lover who is familiar with surfing, weight training, and bike riding. Narsha, the original military-popular Brown Eyed Girls’ member, is famous for her masterpiece body polished through healthy diets and exercise. Also, Johyun used to be a short track speed skating player who dreamed of becoming an empress on ice. Lastly, Eunseo not only won a medal in the track and field part of Chuseok’s “2016 Idol Star Athletics Championships” but also won first place in the physical test of “Real Men 300.”

People have high expectations for the cast of the second lineup as they were selected based on health and physical strength. Viewers are excited on what the cast can show them. “Real Men 300” says, “We made sure to select the members of the second lineup based on the results of our original physical tests. Please support them and pay close attention to them so that they can do a great job on the show.” MBC’s “Real Men 300” notifies the official return of the seasonal show. It will air this September 21, Friday 9:55 p.m. KST.
