Joo Sae Byuk Describes Working With Highlight's Yoon Doojoon In BEAST's MV

Actress Joo Sae Byuk posed for photos and shared her thoughts in an interview with BNT International.

Speaking about her stage name Joo Sae Byuk, she said, “My priest came up with the name for me. I frequently went to early morning service, so he said, ‘You come to see Christ well early in the morning.’ So, my name became Joo Sae Byuk. Also, if you look at the Bible, a lot of historical events happen in the early morning.”

She then described her debut process, saying, “At first, I started as a beauty model. I think I was drawn to seeing how I changed in front of the camera. I was preparing to become a flight attendant and then switched to becoming an actress. After that, I found an agency, appeared in an MV, and completed filming the MBC drama ‘My Little Baby.'”

She continued with a laugh, “BEAST’s ‘Gotta Go To Work’ was my first music video. [Highlight’s] Yoon Doojoon tried to make me comfortable, but he was probably embarrassed because I was so awkward. We don’t contact each other now, but it was a fun experience.”

She added that when the MV came out, there were reactions that said she was as still as a tree.
