Park Eun Hye Announces Divorce From Husband

Park Eun Hye has parted ways with her non-celebrity husband after 10 years of marriage.

On September 14, it was reported that Park Eun Hye finalized her divorce with her former husband earlier this month due to differences in personality. Her agency later released a statement confirming that she had parted ways with her husband, and that she would be raising their children.

The actress tied the knot with her former husband on April 27, 2008. Her ex-husband is a businessman, who is four years older than her. The couple welcomed twin sons three years after getting married.

Park Eun Hye is currently an emcee for Channel A’s “On My Way To Meet You,” and is active on other programs. She debuted in 1998 with her role in “Zzang” and rose to fame with her role in hit drama “Jewel in the Palace.” She has gone on to appear in various dramas, and most recently starred in SBS’s “Sweet Enemy” last year.

“Hello. This is actress Park Eun Hye’s agency Early Bird Entertainment. We are responding to the reports regarding actress Park Eun Hye.

“After much time and consideration, Park Eun Hye and her husband have decided to part ways due to differences in values. We are hesitant to speak on the matter as it is her personal life. The couple has agreed for Park Eun Hye to raise the children. We know that she is doing her best as a parent to eat with them and participate in school events with them.

“We respectfully request that speculative articles or things she may have said in previous broadcasts not become new issues, so that the family and children will not be hurt again.

“Park Eun Hye is very apologetic that she may have disappointed the public, whom she receives love and interest from. Park Eun Hye will be taking responsibility and doing all she can in her work from now on. We promise that she will show an even better side of her as an actress and a mother of two. As her agency, we will act more responsibly as we continue on with Park Eun Hye. Thank you.”
