Sunmi Cancels "Music Bank" Live Broadcast Appearance Due To Dizziness

On September 14, Sunmi’s agency MakeUs Entertainment confirmed that the singer will not be able to attend the live broadcast for KBS’s “Music Bank.”

A source from her agency explained, “During the pre-recording Sunmi experienced dizziness, so she went to a hospital. She received treatment and is currently resting. While we believe it’s a temporary symptom, it is our opinion that we should keep an eye on her condition. Thus she will not be appearing during the live broadcast.”

The full statement from her agency is below:

“This is MakeUs Entertainment. We are informing you that our artist, Sunmi, will not be able to appear on the live broadcast of ‘Music Bank’ today.

“During the pre-recording for ‘Music Bank,’ Sunmi experienced dizziness, so we immediately took her to a hospital after the recording. She is currently receiving treatment and resting.

“It appears as though this was a temporary symptom, but the doctor recommended that we keep an eye on her condition. Thus, she will not be appearing during the scheduled live broadcast. We ask for fans’ understanding.”
