Son Sook Praises IU For Her Acting Skills

Actress Son Sook has great things to say about IU!

On September 13, Son Sook was one of the guests who appeared on tvN’s “Life Bar,” and she spoke affectionately about IU.

The two actresses previously appeared on the drama “My Ahjussi,” and IU has been praised for her performance and her natural use of sign language while acting.

Son Sook said, “IU really worked hard and did a good job. The young actress has really exceptional concentration [when acting].” She made everyone laugh when she added, “When seeing her write lyrics, she doesn’t seem like a young person. It feels as if there’s a grandma inside of her.”

Son Sook continued, “I would like IU to try acting in a play. Her acting will get much deeper after she acts in a play. I’m going to suggest it to her when a good project comes along. I just adore her so much.”

“Life Bar” airs on Thursdays at 11 p.m. KST on tvN.
